Puerto Princesa City - The challenge for the immediate and foreseeable future is how to meld the disadvantaged and advantaged parts of the urban area into a functional whole, while uplifting the underdeveloped areas but retaining the ability to draw sustainability for the common fiscal base from the more developed areas. Unfortunately the task will not be easy.
